Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding has been an all time favourite of mine. On those sundays when you’re feeling happy and you’re relaxed. Sunday Nights was one of my favourite nights because it was when all the family was together.

What I loved most was the chocolate puddings we’d make and enjoy together. Omg, I still remember the taste today, the rich warm chocolatey sensation in your mouth, the smell of rich hot chocolate sauce drenched all over my pudding…mmm. Those were the days.

The last few days I’ve been thinking a lot about my mum and so i remembered our chocolate pudding days, how we would enjoy one together. To bring back that loving feeling, i decided to make a chocolate pudding and share it with my wonderful partner Joel.

As you Know the recipe was sugar free, but I also felt like making it gluten and dairy free too.

Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding with Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce

Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Topped With Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce

Here is the Ingredients to my Sugar Free  Chocolate Pudding:

Serving 1

  • 25g Coconut Flour
  • 1 tbsp. Natvia Sugar Replacement
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 20mls unsweetened almond milks
  • 150g Mashed Pumpkin

Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce:

  • 25g Natvia Sugar
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • 60mls boiling hot water


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Steam the pumpkin until it’s soft, so you can blend it easily (make sure the pumpkin has no skin left on)
  3. Mix Coconut flour, Natvia and cocoa powder in a bowl. Now make a well in the centre.
  4. Blend the almond milk and steamed pumpkin
  5. gradually pour the pumpkin mixture into the well and stir until well combined
  6. Pour Into your little ceramic dish, smoothing the surface
  7. back in the oven between 20-25 minutes (or until your skewer comes out clean)
  8. Prepare your chocolate sauce. Sift the natvia and cocoa powder into a small bowl and then add your water to mix the mixture together.
  9. Once your pudding has been cooked, let it cool for 5 minutes, then cover it with chocolate sugar free sauce!
  10. Now Enjoy
