Nutella was a massive family favourite in our house hold almond side Peanut butter and Jam.

I remember back in the day absolutely layering this stuff all on my white fluffy processed bread and man, was it good! You just couldn’t get enough of this stuff. Sometimes it was just quicker to eat from the jar…when no one was looking of course haha.

Ok so I wanted to make this because…well…I missed it! And being on a sugar free diet means I can still enjoy the things I love. So I made it.

It’s super simple to make and it’s quick too!

I basically threw everything into my Optimum 9200 blender (literally as good as a vitamix but half the price!!!) and let the baby do it’s thing and it worked magically…

I’m a huge fan of cooking with vanilla protein powder…it makes things taste good and it means you can add less sugar but still get the epic taste..this is why I’ve made two of them! in case one with protein powder and one without!

*If you’re unsure weather to add the coconut oil leave it out and add it at the last minute. You may feel it doesn’t need it.
